- Having written major hits for Luke Combs, Darius Rucker, Shane Profitt, Jon Pardi, and more, Dan and Reid Isbell are two of the most distinguished songwriters in Nashville, renowned for their lyrical excellence, eloquent storytelling and unforgettable melodies.
Dan & Reid Isbell
Dan and Reid Isbell, also known as The Brothers Hunt, hail from the hills and white oak hollers of Tennessee. As kids, they spent their days chasing whitetail deer and turkeys, and strumming guitars after the sun went down.
After moving to Nashville and living on a boat for five years, they both landed professional careers as commercial songwriters. Albeit small, the entry-level income provided them gas money to hit the highways and travel the country to chase elk, antelope, and mule deer. They’ve had their songs cut by major artists such as Luke Combs, Gabby Barret, John Pardi, ERNEST, Lainey Wilson, Darius Rucker, Miranda Lambert, Justin Moore, Scotty Mcreery, Drake White, Kameron Marlowe, Ashland Craft, Tucker Beathard, and Meghan Patrick, among others.
The brothers recently partnered with Luke Combs on the number one single, “The Kind of Love We Make.” Both Isbell’s live near Nashville, where they are raising their young families and hunting and fishing whenever they can.
Scout Speer
Scout Speer’s passion for music was kindled in a home on the Tennessee-Alabama line, where her grandaddy’s guitar playing introduced her to the harmonies that bind a family. Raised amid the sounds of country greats and the rustic farming life, outdoor adventures became as much a part of her as her music. At eight, motivated by a promise from her grandaddy to pass down the family guitar, Scout learned to play, earning herself the cherished instrument.
Though her early ambitions were swayed by a successful athletic career in soccer, including a state championship and playing through college, music remained her true calling. Ultimately, Scout set aside her athletic achievements to follow her dream of country music artistry, a testament to the enduring influence of her grandaddy’s introduction to music, and impact of her rural upbringing. With her distinctly warm vocal tone and genuine, heartfelt lyrics, Scout Speer will be moving from the great outdoors to the Grand Ole Opry in no time.
